Abigail C. Hogan is an associate in the firm’s Boston office. Her areas of practice include general liability, construction defect, labor & employment, and premises liability.
Attorney Hogan earned her J.D. from Vermont Law School, where she served as the 2019-2020 Symposium Editor of the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law, as well as the 2018-2019 Staff Editor. Additionally, Attorney Hogan graduated cum laude. During law school she received the “Academic Excellence Award” and was featured on the Dean's List from 2017-2020. Attorney Hogan received a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Spanish from Villanova University where she was also on the Dean's List and was involved in various organizations including the Pre-Law Society and a Mock Trial Team.
Attorney Hogan served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge William Young of the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts while in law school.
