Diandra Y. Franks is an associate in the firm’s Boston office. Her areas of practice include general liability, construction defect, professional liability, and premises liability.

Prior to joining Burns & Farrey, Attorney Franks served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert B. Foster of the Massachusetts Land Court. During law school, she additionally served as a legal intern for the Honorable George O’Toole, Jr. of the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts.

Attorney Franks earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, where she served as the Executive Articles Editor of the Northeastern University Law Review in 2018-2019. During law school she received the “Faculty Scholars Award” and was selected as a Teaching Assistant for Professor Deborah Ramirez. Attorney Franks received a B.S. in Legal Studies and English Literature from Roger Williams University where she was a member of Sigma Tau Delta Honors Society as well as Alpha Chi Honors Society.
