Overview

Elizabeth May is an associate in the firm’s Civil Litigation Practice Group.  Before joining the firm in 2018, Attorney May practiced for four years as an appellate prosecutor at the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office in the Appeals and Training Bureau.

Attorney May has tried several cases to verdict in the District and Superior Courts in Massachusetts and has argued cases before the Supreme Judicial Court and the Massachusetts Appeals Court. She additionally developed training exercises and materials for attorneys and police officers in various matters related to Cannabis Control Commission regulations.

Attorney May is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and graduated cum laude from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
