Tess M. Fahey

Tess M. Fahey is an associate in the firms' Boston Office. Her areas of practice include general liability, construction defect, labor & employment, and premises liability.

Ms. Fahey attended Fordham University in New York, New York where she received her B.A. in Philosophy and was named to the Phi Sigma Tau Honor Society. She obtained her J.D. from New England Law in Boston, Massachusetts where she received the Sandra Day O’Connor Full Tuition Merit Scholarship. While at New England, Ms. Fahey was selected as a “New England Scholar” and was featured on the Dean’s List.
