James Huggard is a director of the firm's Rhode Island Practice Group. With more than 35 years of legal experience, Mr. Huggard’s diverse practice includes representing corporations and individuals in all aspects of complex civil litigation. He also counsels insurers on litigation and coverage claims.

Attorney Huggard is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and of Hofstra University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, as well as the state court of New York.
