Joseph A. Tobin is an associate in the Boston office. His areas of practice include general liability, construction defect, labor & employment, and premises liability.
Attorney Tobin attended the University of Delaware where he received his B.A. in Criminal Justice and Political Science with a concentration in Law, Politics and Theory. Attorney Tobin obtained his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law where he served as Senior Editor of the Northeastern University Law Review in addition to a Submissions Review Committee Member. In addition, he also served as a Student Attorney and received the highest honors in 11 law school classes.
While in law school, Attorney Tobin served as a Legal Intern for the Specialty Business Units and R&D of a pharmaceutical company. He additionally served as a Law Clerk for the Office of the General Counsel at Northeastern University and as a Legal Officer.
