Mary Jane Pecze is a director of litigation in the firm’s Civil Litigation Practice Group. Her areas of practice include general liability, construction defect, labor & employment, and premises liability.
Attorney Pecze attended Boston College where she received her B.A. in Economics cum laude. She earned her J.D. from Western New England School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts. Attorney Pecze spent her early litigation career practicing at Burns & Farrey from 1989 through 1997; she returns to the firm after raising five children.
